WORLD PAELLA DAY

Bring the taste of Spain to your home on World Paella Day with the Fish Union seafood paella box.  It contains everything you need to make a cracking authentic dish, perfect for all of the family.
Originating from Valencia, a paella is one of the best known dishes in Spanish cuisine. The traditional recipe consists of rice, green beans, rabbit, chicken and butter beans and was originally a lunchtime dish for farm workers. Of course, we have chosen to create a paella de marisco - seafood paella- where the meat, beans and green vegetables are replaced with tasty seafood.
Use our recipe below to cook up your own creation and head to our online shop to order your paella box for collection. We would love to see your seafood paella creations so do share with us tagging @fishunionlondon
