It’s official, this Sunday we wave goodbye to Summer and say hello to Autumn.  

But it needn’t be all doom and gloom as Autumn is a great season for some delicious grub and we can’t wait to experiment with those seasonal root veggies such as crunchy carrots, sweet squash and juicy berries to create some new fishy dishes for our daily menu.
